pkrvi Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the pkrvi Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrvi. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To register an Account with pkrvi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkrvi strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players without exception.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — corporate or nominee registrations are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an existing pkrvi Account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pkrvi or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• The funds you intend to deposit are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

pkrvi reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may maintain only one active pkrvi Account. Operating duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or otherwise — is a serious breach of these Terms. pkrvi may close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending a full review.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkrvi recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available account security features. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pkrvi immediately via the support contact details in Section 16.

4.3 Account Accuracy. You must ensure that all personal details held on your pkrvi Account are accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, contact number, or bank details must be submitted to pkrvi support and may require supporting documentation before the change is applied.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pkrvi may charge a reasonable account maintenance fee on inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

4.5 KYC Verification. pkrvi is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. pkrvi currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pkrvi reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrvi does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and will be subject to the rates applied by the Player's payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkrvi Account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by pkrvi within the timeframes published on the Platform at the time of the request. pkrvi will not be held liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, banking institution, or any third-party payment processor.

5.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. pkrvi reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source if a withdrawal to an alternative method cannot be completed.

5.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are published on the Payments page of the pkrvi Platform and may be updated periodically. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits before initiating transactions.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by pkrvi are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded to a pkrvi Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the bonus offer details.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games on the pkrvi Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.

6.5 Abuse of Bonuses. pkrvi reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a Player or group of Players is exploiting promotional offers, using automated software to place bets, or engaging in any pattern of play that pkrvi determines to constitute bonus abuse. Decisions made by pkrvi under this clause are final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 15.

6.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless stated otherwise, pkrvi welcome bonuses and certain other promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the pkrvi Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and audited by third-party testing agencies. Sports betting odds are compiled by pkrvi's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a market is closed.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pkrvi Platform are subject to acceptance by pkrvi. pkrvi reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where a Player's betting pattern suggests abuse of the Platform.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by pkrvi where an event is cancelled or abandoned, where a market was opened or priced in error, or where conclusive evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation is established. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account balance.

7.4 Cricket & PSL Betting. Specific rules governing cricket betting markets, including PSL match betting, in-play markets, and player performance propositions, are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the pkrvi Platform. PSL betting rules may be updated at the commencement of each PSL season.

7.5 Final Results. For sports betting purposes, pkrvi relies on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic cricket events. Results that are subsequently reversed by a governing body after settlement may be revised at pkrvi's discretion.

7.6 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game session, pkrvi's server records will be treated as the definitive record of the game state at the point of disconnection. pkrvi is not liable for losses caused by a Player's internet service failure or device malfunction.

pkrvi is committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gambling. The Platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all Players from within their Account settings. These include:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on funds deposited.
• Loss Limits — caps on the maximum amount a Player may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — configurable alerts that notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods — temporary account suspension for durations of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term closure of the Account for Players who determine that they need a firm and binding break from gambling.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrvi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity to create an Account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with pkrvi support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability of the Platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to achieve an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any conduct that amounts to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the pkrvi Platform or Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by pkrvi.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkrvi staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the pkrvi Platform — including but not limited to the pkrvi brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkrvi or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the pkrvi Platform without prior written consent from pkrvi. Unauthorised use of pkrvi's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or expected winnings from any game or betting market.
• Loss of data or Account information caused by technical failure, hacking, or circumstances beyond pkrvi's reasonable control.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or force majeure events.
• Decisions made in good faith by pkrvi under the betting and gaming rules set out in Section 7.

pkrvi's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pkrvi Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkrvi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data submitted to pkrvi is governed by the pkrvi Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account with pkrvi, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkrvi employs industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption on all Platform connections and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Personal data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licensing obligations.

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your pkrvi Account at any time by contacting the support team. Before an Account can be closed, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any applicable KYC requirements must be fulfilled to allow the return of your remaining real-money balance.

13.2 Termination by pkrvi. pkrvi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkrvi has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or where required to do so by applicable law or licensing authority direction.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause by pkrvi under Section 13.2, pkrvi reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon termination under any circumstances.

pkrvi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkrvi will endeavour to provide Players with at least seven (7) days' notice via the email address registered to their Account before the revised Terms take effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrvi holds its international online gaming licence.

15.2 Internal Complaints Process. In the first instance, any dispute between a Player and pkrvi should be submitted to the pkrvi support team via the contact details in Section 16. pkrvi undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days of acknowledgement.

15.3 External Dispute Resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved through pkrvi's internal process, the Player may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by pkrvi's licensing authority. The ADR body's determination shall be binding on pkrvi subject to applicable law. Details of the relevant ADR body are available from pkrvi support upon request.

15.4 No Class Actions. Any disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action, collective proceedings, or representative claim against pkrvi.
